WELCOME TO MY PORTFOLIO

Hi, I'm Jose.
I build software
that works.

I'm a software developer focused on practical problems: from full-stack web applications to Python automation and AI systems grounded in real evidence.

Things I've built.

Four featured projects. Different challenges. The same focus on building, testing, and shipping software that does something useful.

01
INTERNSHIP

CAST Tours AI Chatbot

A bilingual travel-assistance chatbot that retrieves approved itinerary information, strictly limits responses to the correct trip, and uses deterministic privacy and grounding safeguards.

Publicly deployed production chatbot integrated on WordPress for travelers.

Built with Python · FastAPI · Vanilla JS · Groq

03 / ABOUT ME

A little about how I work.

I like software you can actually use.

I'm based in Lawrenceville, Georgia, finishing my Software Development concentration at GGC. I enjoy taking an idea all the way from requirements to a working build: writing the code, debugging the rough edges, adding tests, and documenting what I learned.

I'm especially interested in backend and full-stack development, Python, and AI-enabled tools. The common thread is practical engineering—not using a technology just because it's trendy.

Some tools I use

LANGUAGES
Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL
WEB & BACKEND
React, Node.js, Express, FastAPI, REST APIs
DATA & ENGINEERING
SQLite, MongoDB, Git, GitHub, automated tests
